Michael, 90: 91 sessions, not one missed week.
He started with light bodyweight work. When he moved to a retirement complex in Kent, he needed to show he could live independently, and that's exactly what we trained for.
The everyday things that get easier
Steady on your feet
More confident on stairs, kerbs and uneven paths.
Up off the floor
Get down to the grandchildren, and back up again.
Carry your own load
Shopping bags, suitcases, the garden: no help needed.
Stay independent
Keep doing life your way, for longer.
Two launch groups. Three places in each.

Give them the gift of staying independent
Tell us about your parent and Sam will call them for a friendly, no-pressure chat first. You can pay for the 8-week starter as a gift, and with their permission we'll keep you updated on their progress.
After you buy, Sam will call you to get your parent's details and arrange their first session.
Sam will call you back today
No payment now. We'll have a chat and book your free assessment at the studio.
Common questions
I've never been to a gym. Is that OK?
Yes. Beginners are welcome, and every session is coached from start to finish.
How does the Strength Promise work?
At your assessment we set clear strength and balance targets. Come to your sessions, and if you haven't hit them by week 8, your next month is free.
What if I have a health condition?
Tell us at your assessment. We adapt everything and may ask you to check with your GP first.
