Congrats on jumping on board with your 8 week phased diet and training plan.
Over the next 24 hours I’ll be putting together your program within my app, accompanied by a walkthrough video of what to expect.
Below are some of the steps to complete to ensure you have everything ready for the start of the following week.
1. Click the button below and fill out your form. Make sure you cover everything you need to.
2. Send across your body fat percentage. Use the button below to work it out. Please send it on Whats App.
3. Download and set up the App via the email invite that has been sent to you.
4. Be sure to connect your apple watch or any tech you have to the app because this syncs your activity and allows me to see certain metrics that are important towards your goals.
5. Be sure to follow everything I lay out to the best of your ability. Don’t worry if you can’t stick to it 100%. Aim for 75% days. If there’s anything you’re unsure of, just ask. The goal is to get you results and progress you’re happy with. This plan will work if you follow it.
6. Before asking any questions though, watch the walkthrough video as that will likely answer the questions you do have. If it doesn’t, no problem – let me know.
