Whilst I’ve been busy coaching and delivering results for my clients, I’ve been able to build a pretty sweet team that’s growing. What started as an opportunity within Northwood and transitioning to a new location has now grown into two private studios and a ful time client support team to ensure we deliver the best results possible for our clients.
Last year I surpassed 2,400 personal training sessions. All one-to-one. That’s a lot with two young kids and a busy life 🤣 I bought Harry on board to ensure we can still deliver incredible service and to open up more time slots to those on a waitlist.
He hasn’t disappointed and, to his credit has been an incredible addition to SBF. On top of that, Justina has come on board as Client Experience Manager to ensure both Harry and I can focus on the coaching, and Justina can focus on the other aspects here at SBF.
Justina supports the team with scheduling, client enquiries, and day-to-day coordination, working closely with Sam Beagle to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. She enjoys keeping things organised, communicating clearly, and supporting both the team and clients. With a calm, detail-focused approach, she helps simplify workflows so Sam and the team can stay focused on training and results.
Harry’s moved into the new studio just behind the original one, so now we have two setups exactly the same, about 15 ft from each other 😂. We want to keep things personal and solely focused on you. I often see so many coaches cram clients and other trainers in their space, and forget what made them so great. This isn’t about how many people we can train, but rather how we can impact each individual as best we can. My philosophy is partly based off the fact that we need to leave people better than when we found them.
Harry is a coach at Sam Beagle Fitness, working closely with Sam to deliver the same high standards of coaching, care, and attention that clients expect. His focus is on strength training, movement quality, and helping clients train consistently and safely alongside busy lives. Harry follows Sam’s coaching systems and programming principles to ensure every client receives a seamless, high-quality experience.
Every week I mention how lucky I am to have the clients I have.
I’ve never been in a better position than now with awesome clients over the last 16 years as a coach.
Part of that success came down to clients listening, taking things on board and being willing to try new things, or removing old habits that weren’t serving. With that, I had a ton of referrals. To the point that I couldn’t keep up. My small 350sq ft studio just wasn’t big enough to manage the 25+ monthly enquiries I had on top of my already 40+ clients.
I was in an extremely fortunate position and clients kept telling me I needed to make it bigger. ‘Sam you have to expand with the demand’.
So this is one small step there. We’ll see where it goes but it comes down to doing the basics well and being a great coach. One thing I do not want to lose sight of.
